Your indigo ink study at the beginning of the newsletter took my breath away! It captures the soul of Puget Sound for most of the year. I’m also very much in love with your paper cut based on Nils Frahm’s song. It’s beautiful.

thank you! I want to make a whole series of cuts while listening to a whole album. Largely inspired by Angela's visual playlists :)

I love this part "We’re waiting for momentous breakthroughs, lighting bolts of inspiration, groundbreaking change, forgetting that it’s the small incremental movement that builds over time. Balance, after all, is a sequence of continuous micro-movements and adjustments, not a static place of arrival." Thank you Anna for always being authentic and creating these spaces for reflection.

"If we’re too much in our heads, we can get in our own way, and if we are physically stuck or blocked, it often leads to our creative work feeling the same. Through movement we create a channel, a pathway for our creativity." LOVE THIS, Anna. Thanks for the music, I've turned it up loud!

I like the idea of having a little meditative session before you do something creative. I’ll have to try that next time I sit to write music.
