Join us for The Harmony of Opposites, a creative workshop series by Creative Fuel with Anna Brones and Seven Senses.

In this two-part series led by Sabrina Y. Smith and Anna Brones we’ll dive into two seemingly opposite themes—Light & Shadow and Movement & Stillness—to find balance in our creative practice.

Through writing and drawing prompts, meditation exercises, and visual contemplations, we’ll explore the benefits that each duality offers.

We’ll become aware of our creative tendencies, while challenging ourselves to experiment with new ways—expanding our notion of creative harmony.
